The Medium Duty 4 Side Moulder VH-M416
| Four Side Moulder VH-M416B have the same features as VH-M416, but without cover. We design this type
moulder for some small plants with limited budget for production equipment.
VH-M416B has four spindles, and its working width is 25-160 mm. Professional solution for processing
Soft wood strip, Medium cutting capacity strip, MDF strip, HDF strip, Glued laminated timber and Square
boards. This machine can be used for the production of simple furnitures such as kid furniture and Nordic
Style Furniture ect. |
| 1. The lathe bed is of integral structure , being made of casting with damping performance and the
rigidity of the lathe bed is better. Laying a good foundation for the smooth running of the cutter shaft and
feeding system;
2. Inverter feeding speed range from 6 – 36m/min;
3. Individual motor to each spindle to ensure maximum power for cutting;
4. All main spindles adjustment are carried out from outside the enclosure. Digital display, very easy to
operate, save energy and also can reduce wearing because of mechanical transmission;
5. Hard chromed worktable to minimize abrasion, and enhance operational life span;
6. short material auxiliary device is equipped for advancing the smooth feeding of short piece availably;
7. Active feeding wheel is in front of the machine worktable, which make feeding easier and smooth;
8. Manual oil pump lubricates the work table and carriage , centralized lubrication is easy to control; 9. Adopting electric component from well-known brand with steady quality. |
