Woodworking cutting saws need more maintenance to be used for a long time. Woodworking cutting saws should be
maintained in this way:
1. When the cutting surface of the saw blade is rough and no longer sharp, it must be repaired in time. The precision
of dressing should be high. The principle is that the original angle can not be changed and the dynamic balance can
not be destroyed.
2. If the saw blade is not often used, it should be laid flat or hung up and covered with plastic cloth. We should pay
attention to moisture-proof and dust-proof so as not to rust the saw blade.
3. The internal diameter correction and positioning hole processing of saw blade should be handed over to the
manufacturer if conditions permit. If it is not processed properly, it will result in unsatisfactory or dangerous use of the
product. In principle, the hole enlargement should not exceed 2 cm of the original hole diameter in order to avoid
affecting the stress balance.
